Providing owners with a ‘hands-off’ end-to-end management service, the objective of the comprehensive care package is to achieve the maximum possible return on investment whilst alleviating the workload and stress for our owners.  Put simply, we fully manage your property (whilst maintaining your individual preferences for your home) for a percentage of the total income generated by each booking.

A dedicated property manager will be appointed who is responsible for creating your property’s personalised online listing/s and all associated guest documentation then proactively managing all aspects of the booking process from guest enquiry to departure cleaning and everything in between.

ellecor takes care of  all property maintenance, repairs and contractor payments. This package allows our owners the time to focus on other aspects of their lives whilst we take care of their investment.

The management fee for ellecor’s Comprehensive Care Package is a once off $599 set up fee and an ongoing commission of 18.5% of each confirmed booking which includes a 2.5% marketing commission.

A partnership is developed between the property owner and ellecor where both parties work together to successfully market, manage and maintain the property.

ellecor are responsible for creating your property’s online listing/s and all associated guest documentation then proactively managing all aspects of the booking process, from guest enquiry to departure cleaning and everything in between whilst owners are responsible for property maintenance, repairs and contractor payments. This package is ideal for owners who live onsite or in close proximity to their holiday home.

The management fee for ellecor’s Standard Care Package is a once off $599 set up fee and an ongoing commission of 16% of each confirmed booking which includes a 2.5% marketing commission.

ellecor will equip property owners with the knowledge required to establish a successful holiday home, including competitor analysis, pricing and advertising advice, furniture and décor suggestions plus many other invaluable hints and tips.

This service is charged at a flat rate of $50 p/hour.
